characteristics
1.Size of the panel:
1.1. Thickness of the panel – 3; 4; 6 mm with possible extentions up to +0,20 мм
1.2. Standard widths – 800; 1000; 1250; 1500 mm with possible extentions up to +0,20 мм
1.3. Standard heights - from 2000 to 9000 mm with possible extentions up to +4,00 мм
2. Color of the visible surface – by catalogue of “ЕТЕМ” company – Greece.
The visible surface is covered with adhesive film/thickness 10 microns/,
made in order to avoid injuries during handling and installation.
3. Material’s coverage -
the visible surface is painted with three layers of PVDF with total thickness of
30-33 microns containing 70& KYNAR - 500.
4. Reactions during temperature changes
4.1. Excellent parameters at temperature range of -50° С up to +80° С
4.2. Linear expansion - when there is a difference of 100° С, there is 2,3 мм expansion
of the linear meter
5. Soundproofing
- When 4mm thickness the index of measured sound reduce = 24Db
6. Insulation qualities:
Index of thermal conductivity λ = 0,29W/m° K
7.Fire resistance - responding to DIN 4102 / B1,B2. |
